Conditions & Important Notes

Items must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration. LYRANELION reserves the right to deduct a partial refund if returned items show signs of use beyond normal inspection.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified defect or error on our part. In such cases, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible.

Refunds are issued exclusively to the original payment method. We cannot redirect refunds to alternative accounts or payment instruments.
